Yorkshire pudding

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a muffin tin with 12 cups in the oven to heat up.
2, In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until you have a smooth batter. Make sure there are no lumps.
3. Once the oven is preheated, carefully remove the hot muffin tin. Add a small amount of vegetable oil or beef drippings to each muffin cup, filling it about 1/4 inch. Place the tin back in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the oil is hot and sizzling.
4, Carefully pour the batter into the hot muffin cups, filling each one about halfway. The hot oil will sizzle and rise up around the batter.
5. Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
6. Avoid opening the oven door during baking, as this can cause the puddings to deflate.
Once the Yorkshire puddings are cooked, remove them from the oven and serve immediately while they’re still puffed and crispy.
