3/4 cup poblano pepper sliced
8 ounces button mushrooms sliced
1 cup red onion thinly sliced
2 teaspoons garlic minced
2 teaspoons chili powder

3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
lime wedges for serving optional
corn or flour tortillas
fajita fixings of your choice such as rice, beans, sour cream, salsa and guacamole
