For brushing
1 tbsp peanut oil or other vegetable oil
½ tbsp tamari or soy sauce
½ tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp yellow mustard medium hot
½ tsp paprika powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
To serve (optional)
