3 large eggs room temp
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup melted cooled butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chilled buttermilk
1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
