Slow Cooker Chocolate Turtles

Arrange pecan halves in a single layer at the bottom of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips evenly over the pecans.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate and pecans.
Add vanilla extract over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Using a spoon, drop clusters of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Optionally, sprinkle sea salt over the clusters.
Let cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate until set.
