Shrimp and Asparagus Foil Packs

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, asparagus, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil on a flat surface. Divide the shrimp and asparagus mixture evenly among the foil pieces.
  4. Top each pack with lemon slices and small pieces of butter.
  5. Fold the foil over the shrimp and asparagus to create sealed packets.
  6. Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Carefully open the foil packs and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
