Roasted Spiced Almonds

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl combine honey, vegetable oil, sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Mix well.
  • Add almonds and toss until coated.
  • Spread evenly, in single layer onto the baking sheet.
  • Place in preheated oven and roast, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
