Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Set aside.
3. Open the cans of flaky biscuit dough and cut each of the biscuits into quarters.
4. Cut the block of mozzarella cheese into ¼-½ inch cubes.
5. In the bottom of the prepared bundt pan, evenly layer half of the biscuit pieces. Ensure an even single layer without packing the dough tightly to allow cheese and butter to fill the cracks.
6. Spoon half of the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the biscuit dough layer.
7. Evenly distribute half of the mozzarella cheese cubes and half of the pepperoni slices.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 with the remaining half of the ingredients.
9. Cover the bundt pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
11. Allow the pull-apart pizza bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then carefully flip it out onto a serving plate. Gently flip it back over on your serving dish so that the cheesy pepperoni topping is showing.
12. Warm the pizza sauce and place it into a small serving bowl. You can place it in the center or on the side of your pull-apart pizza bread for dipping.
