1. Dissolve the yeast a little in the water.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, potatoes, baking powder, water, salt and oil.
3. Form a smooth dough and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
4. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes and season them.
5. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
6. Bake at 220° for 30 minutes.
