Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • 115 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g unsalted butter melted

For the Frosting

    • 1 egg yolk
    • 20 g water
    • 120 g sweetened condensed milk
    • 200 g unsalted butter room temperature
    • 10 g cocoa powder
