New dessert in 5 minutes

Dough:
Add a pinch of salt and sugar to the eggs and mix. Pour in half of the milk and stir.

Add the flour and mix until smooth so there are no lumps.

Now add the rest of the milk and melted butter, stir until smooth.

Place parchment paper in a 43 x 33cm tin and pour in the batter.

I bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. After baking, let cool for 10 minutes and flip the dough to the other side. I let it cool completely.

Cream:
I add powdered sugar and cream to cold cream cheese. Mix with a mixer until creamy.

I spread all the cream on the cooled dough and put the cherries on top.
