1 and ½ (8-ounce) packages (12 oz) full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (or 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour)
1 cup canned pumpkin purée
2 tablespoon sour cream or heavy cream, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
2 large eggs, room temperature
½ cup mini chocolate chips

GANACHE:

1 cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
