– 1.5 pounds of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup of chicken broth (low-sodium is best!)
– Zest of 1 lemon
– 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional for a little kick)
– 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– Extra lemon wedges for serving
