With active movement, sweat forms on the skin, and the process occurs especially quickly in closed shoes. Sweat is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria, so without regular cleaning, sweat leads to an unpleasant odor. Very quickly, such a smell can appear in sports shoes, but getting it out of there is not so easy; washing and drying is not always enough

I like this method for its efficiency, and also because I don’t have to wash my shoes every time, because frequent washing negatively affects both the appearance and durability.
