If we keep lemons on the kitchen table for, say, seven days, they dry out so much that we can hardly use them at all. Let’s not forget that we can add freshly squeezed lemon juice to our evening tea.
Therefore, to preserve their freshness and rich juice content for a long time, get an airtight bag, put the fruits in it, and then they can put them in the refrigerator. Problem solved!
