1 pound of hen breast and/or sirloin steak (lower in bite-sized items)

1 tsp sesame oil
2 T garlic butter
2 T soy sauce
1 T teriyaki sauce
salt and pepper to style
Hibachi Shrimp:
1 lb uncooked shrimp
1 T vegetable or canola oil
2 T garlic butter
