HOMEMADE COFFEE FLAN

Coffee flan is a delicious variant of the classic flan, which combines the softness and creaminess characteristic of this dessert with the intense and aromatic flavor of coffee. To prepare it, eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, instant coffee and vanilla essence are mixed, creating a homogeneous mixture that is poured into a caramelized mold and cooked in a bain-marie until set.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk (400g)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (400g)
  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of sugar (for the caramel)
  • Water
