Ingredients:

    • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tomatoes, diced
    • 500ml vegetable oil
    • 1.5kg potatoes, peeled and chunked
    • 140g butter, diced
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 1.5 teaspoons salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
