Ham and cheese omelette

1-Beat the eggs and milk well in a small bowl with a fork. Add the ham, onion and pepper; mix everything well

2-Pour this into an 8-inch nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook the egg mixture, covered, over medium heat for 6 min. or until firm but moist on top.

3-Sprinkle the cheese over half of the omelette and fold it over. Remove from heat with a spatula; let it sit, covered, for 1 min. Cut it in half to serve.
