German Christmas Stollen (Vegan Fruit Bread)

Baking pan: if you have a Stollen baking mold, feel free to use it.
Stollen bites: You can also make stollen bites with this recipe. For 50-60 pieces, the baking time is about 15-20 minutes at 392 °F (200 °C).
