¾ cup “black” unsweetened cocoa powder (or regular unsweetened cocoa)
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
¾ cup Vegetable oil
2 large Eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup hot coffee or boiling water
CHOCOLATE DIPPED FOOTBALL STRAWBERRIES:
12-16 strawberries, rinsed and pat dry
8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
1 container of white frosting
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
