Even new and hard shoes do not rub. How I prevent the appearance of calluses (I’ve been using it for 2 years)

Today I’ll tell you how I avoid the appearance of calluses. Even in new or uncomfortable shoes, I do not experience chafing.

The inspiration for the article came after an experience with my favorite high-heeled shoes, which turned out to be extremely comfortable despite the heel. Before going out for the first time, I treated the areas of my feet where calluses usually occur (I always do this with new shoes).

However, the shoes, which have a narrow toe, still rubbed my toes – those places that I did not treat. My legs are of average width, so I didn’t foresee this.

 

 

 

After the skin on my legs had recovered, the next time I carefully treated those places too. And I spent the whole day wearing shoes without the slightest discomfort.
