Step 6: Harvesting
Determine Maturity: Potatoes are usually ready for harvest when the plants’ foliage begins to yellow and die back. This typically occurs 70-120 days after planting, depending on the variety.
Harvest the Potatoes:

Carefully remove the plants from the aeroponic system. The potatoes should be hanging from the root mass, clean and ready to use.

Cure and Store: Allow the harvested potatoes to cure in a dark, well-ventilated area for a few days to toughen their skins. Store them in a cool, dark place to prolong their shelf life.
