- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Place an Oreo cookie on each crescent roll triangle. Roll up each triangle, enclosing the Oreo cookie inside, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Dip each rolled-up crescent roll in melted butter, then coat evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk (start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed for desired consistency), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with the glaze while still warm.
