Decadent Oreo-Filled Cinnamon Rolls

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Place an Oreo cookie on each crescent roll triangle. Roll up each triangle, enclosing the Oreo cookie inside, and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Dip each rolled-up crescent roll in melted butter, then coat evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk (start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed for desired consistency), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Remove the rolls from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with the glaze while still warm.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
