Crock Pot Pork Roast

salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic minced

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter cut into slices
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
Season the pork loin generously on all sides with the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Place the pork in the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until deep golden brown.
