Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer
135g Unsalted Butter
200g Caster Sugar
135g Dark Chocolate
2 Large Eggs
65g Plain Flour
20g Cocoa Powder
150g Milk Chocolate
1 tablespoon Hot Water (for the brownie swirl)
For the Cheesecake Layer
225g Full Fat Cream Cheese, at room temperature
50g Caster Sugar
1 Large Egg, at room temperature
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

For the Brownie Layer
Line a 9″x9″ baking tin. Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F) standard / 160°C (320°F) fan. Chop the of MILK chocolate in to chunks.
