For the Salted Caramel Cream:

400 gr sugar
225 gr cream
4 gr salt
170 gr butter

For the Sponge Cake:

125 gr brown sugar
125 gr common sugar
5 eggs
1 pinch of salt
250 grams flour
125 cc milk
80 grams butter
Vanilla essence to taste
3 ripe bananas
