Ingredients for the dough (shape diameter 14 cm)

 4 Big eggs
 225 g Water
 90 g Rice flour
 45 g Any fat (I use butter)
 3 g Xanan gum (required)
 15 g Salt

Ingredients for Filling (Cream)

 2 Eggs
 500 ml Milk 2%
 250 g Culinary curd “Baltais”
 100 g White chocolate
 70 g Corn starch
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sweetener
 Vanilla
Ingredients for Icing
 60 g Sugar-free chocolate RED
 70 ml Milk 2%
