Baked Mozzarella Casserole

Preparation:

1. First, grease a refractory dish with butter. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and then cut them into slices about 0.5-0.6 cm thick. Remove the stems, then cut the mozzarella into 0.5-0.6 cm thick slices, peel the onions and garlic, then cut into small pieces. Mix the olive oil well with the onion and garlic pieces.

Also try: Grandma’s vanilla muffins, they go so fast!

2. Now cut the toasted bread in shape so that the bottom of the mold is well distributed.

3. Drizzle a little seasoned olive oil over the bread, then spread the tomato and cheese slices over the bread like a tile, then add the cooked ham and sprinkle the tomatoes with a little salt.

4. Season the remaining olive oil with pepper, drizzle the entire casserole, and then bake on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. Then rinse the thyme while it is warm, then dry it, remove the thick stems, cut it into small pieces and sprinkle it over the finished casserole. It tastes super delicious!
