Bacon Onion Tomato Pie

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prick pie crust with a fork and bake for 10 mins.
3. Place some sliced tomatoes at bottom of pie crust. Top with chopped onion, chopped cooked bacon, salt and pepper. Layer with more tomatoes and add some more salt and pepper.
4. In a separate bowl, blend together the milk, mayo, and cheese. Layer this over tomatoes.
5. In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese layer.
6. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and bubbling.
7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
