A fairy tale, not sandwiches. Disappears from the table in 1 minute

Instructions:

Prepare the Baguette:

Cut the baguette into oblique slices.
Lightly brown the slices in a frying pan with butter on both sides until golden brown. Alternatively, use a toaster.

Prepare the Vegetables:

Grate the carrots on a special grater for Korean carrots.
Cut the onions into thin half rings.
Grate the pickled cucumbers on the same grater, squeeze out excess liquid, and place them in a bowl.

Cook the Vegetables:

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it.
Add the chopped onions and grated carrots. Fry until soft and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the fried vegetables into the bowl with the grated cucumbers.

Make the Spread:

Add the garlic (pressed), mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl with the vegetables.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Assemble the Sandwiches:

Spread the vegetable mixture on the prepared baguette slices.

Garnish and Serve:

Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs, slices of tomatoes, olives, and fresh cucumber for added beauty.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
