HOMEMADE MILK BREAD
Components:
500 g wheat flour
300 ml of heat water
10 g of salt
25g sugar
25g butter
10 g recent yeast (or 5 g dry yeast)
1 egg (elective, to color the bread)
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast within the heat water together with the sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes till the combination is foamy.
