Ingredients:

For the Wet Ingredients:

• 1 cup Evaporated milk (Fresh milk can also be used) add 1 Tbsp Lemon juice or White Vinegar, set aside for at least 5 minutes
• 1 cup Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 pcs Eggs (Large)
• 1/2 cup Canola oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 Tsp Red food color
• 1/2 cup warm water

For the Dry Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of Salt
• 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
