INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs about 10 graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter melted
Cannoli Filling
- 1 ½ cups ricotta drained overnight
- 8 ounces Belgioioso mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips plus 1 – 2 tablespoons for garnish
