Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Start by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Let it get nice and bubbly.
2. Toss in the minced garlic and let it sauté for about a minute, just until your kitchen smells amazing.
3. Pour in the honey and lemon juice, stirring everything together so the flavors blend.
4. Add your shrimp right into the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
5. Take the skillet off the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and get ready to serve these right away.
