Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
1. Go ahead and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until everything’s nicely combined.
3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, making sure it’s coated all over, and then press it into the Parmesan mixture so it sticks well on both sides.
4. Place your coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them a little space between each one.
5. Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The chicken should look golden brown and be cooked all the way through.
