Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the elbow macaroni following the instructions on the package. Drain it well and set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in the shredded cheddar and Gruyere cheeses, mixing until everything is melted and smooth.
6. Add the lobster, crab, shrimp, Old Bay seasoning, and cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Give it a good stir so all that seafood gets nicely coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
9. Serve hot and enjoy every creamy, savory bite.
