Ingredients:
– 1 lb chicken thighs, chopped
– 1/2 cup bourbon
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooked rice for serving
Directions:
1. Start by warming up the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and give them a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. Let them cook until they’re nicely browned and looking delicious.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix them well to create a flavorful sauce.
