Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1/4 cup grated onion (or finely chopped)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

Directions:

1. Let’s start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, bring together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, onion, garlic, and egg.

3. Give everything a good mix until just combined—no need to overdo it!

4. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them gently on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and look perfectly golden.

6. Serve these savory meatloaves warm and dig in! Enjoy every bite!
