Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups large shell pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Grab your favorite large pot and set it over medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil and toss in the ground beef. Let it cook until it turns beautifully browned and crumbly. Drain any excess fat that might be lingering. Next, toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic, letting them cook for about two minutes until they’re fragrant and soft.
Now, pour in the beef broth and bring everything to a nice boil before adding the shell pasta. Lower the heat, cover your pot, and let it simmer for around 12-15 minutes, just until the pasta becomes perfectly tender. Stir in the heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, giving it all a good mix until your sauce transforms into a creamy, cheesy delight.
Finally, season with just the right amount of salt and pepper, then sprinkle with fresh parsley to give it that lovely finishing touch. Serve it up and enjoy!
