– 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 2 cups heavy cream

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 package fettuccine pasta

Directions:

Let’s get cooking! Start by preparing the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Once it’s done, drain it and set it aside. In a cozy skillet, warm up some olive oil over medium heat. Add those sliced chicken breasts and give them a nice toss with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until they’re beautifully browned and cooked through, which should take about 7 to 8 minutes.

Next, toss in the minced garlic and let it dance around for a minute or two until it’s fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring everything to a gentle simmer. Now, stir in that wonderful Parmesan cheese and watch as the sauce thickens, which should happen in about 5 minutes.
