– 200g dark chocolate
– 150g butter
– 4 eggs
– 150g flour
– 50g cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 100g blackberries
– Pinch of salt
#### Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
2. Melt chocolate and butter together, then stir in sugar and vanilla.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Pour batter into the tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
5. Decorate with fresh blackberries on top before serving.
6. Optional: Dust with cocoa powder for extra richness.
