Baked Legs With Cream Of Mushroom

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour (gluten-free if desired)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 lb chicken legs (about 3-4 large chicken legs)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). First, take a bowl and mix the flour, salt, and pepper together. Next, coat the chicken legs with olive oil. Once they’re nicely covered, dredge them in the flour mixture so that they get an even coating. Arrange the chicken legs on a baking sheet. Pop them in the oven and let them bake for 35 to 40 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when they’re cooked through and have a beautiful golden brown color. For a creamy finish, serve the chicken legs with a cream of mushroom sauce if you’d like. Enjoy!
