Ingredients:

2 pork tenderloins

1/2 cup marinade (soy sauce, garlic, ginger, etc.)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Marinate the pork tenderloins in your choice of marinade for at least 30 minutes. Once marinated, remove the tenderloins and drain them well. Season the tenderloins with salt and pepper to taste. Place the seasoned tenderloins on a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
