Ingredients:

2 hoagie rolls, 8 oz ribeye steak, thinly sliced, 1 cup bell peppers, sliced, 1 cup onions, sliced, 4 slices provolone cheese, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened. Push the vegetables to the side and add the ribeye steak to the skillet. Cook until browned. Mix the veggies with the steak and season with salt and pepper. Place cheese slices on top and cover the skillet to melt the cheese. Toast the hoagie rolls and stuff them with the steak and cheese mixture. Serve hot.
