2 pounds of fresh ground beef
1 (29-ounce) can of tomato purée
Directions:
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it’s fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Next, add the tomato juice and tomato purée to the pot. Stir everything together well and bring it to a simmer. Cover the pot and let it cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer. Serve it hot.
