Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breast or steak

Vegetables (such as zucchini, onion, and mushrooms)

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Garlic

Ginger

Cooked rice

Eggs (optional for fried rice)

Green onions (for garnish)

Directions:

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the meat, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender. If making fried rice, push ingredients to the side, crack in eggs and scramble. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together well. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions
