1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, flour, granulated sugar, and salt until a dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
