Ingredients:
– 1 lb lean ground beef
– 24 oz can original Manwich sauce
– 15 oz can original Manwich sauce
– 12 oz package farfalle (bowtie) noodles, cooked al dente
– 8 oz package shredded Velveeta
– 8 oz package shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Directions:
First, get your oven preheated to 350°F. Then, prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by giving it a light coat of cooking spray and setting it aside.
Next, take a large pot, about 4 to 5 quarts, and add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook them over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess grease and return the beef and onion mixture to the pot.
Add both cans of Manwich sauce, the cooked bowtie noodles, and the shredded Velveeta to the pot. Stir everything together until it’s thoroughly mixed and well combined.
Pour this Sloppy Joe mixture into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded Colby-Jack cheese evenly over the top.
Place the baking dish in the oven, letting it bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy this warm and comforting casserole, savoring every bite.
