– 4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 2 potatoes, diced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Start by placing all the ingredients in your slow cooker. Give them a good stir to combine everything nicely, and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cover the slow cooker and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is nice and tender.
